Conn. Const. amend. XVI, § 1

(Congressional and general assembly districts to be consistent with federal standards.) Section 5 of article third of the Constitution is amended to read as follows: The establishment of congressional districts and of districts in the general assembly shall be consistent with federal constitutional standards. Adopted November 26, 1980.
