STATE OF CONNECTICUT INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Bulletin PC-84 June 16, 2017 (Amendment to Bulletin PC-45-03 dated October 30, 2003) To: ALL EXTENDED WARRANTY PROVIDERS Subject: FILING FEE FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY CONTRACTS This Bulletin is intended to amend Bulletin PC-45-03 dated October 30, 2003 concerning the filing fee for an Extended Warranty submission. Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes§ 38a-l l(a)( 4), the filing fee for each form included with an Extended Warranty submission is thirty dollars per form ($30/form). In all other respects, Bulletin PC-45-03 dated October 30, 2003 remains in force and effect and reflects applicable statutory filing requirements for extended warranty products.
