[LOGO] STATE OF CONNECTICUT INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Bulletin PF-5 ## WAR CLAUSES AND/OR WAR RIDERS February 9, 1973 Effective immediately this Department is withdrawing its approval of all War Clauses and/or War Riders that have been filed with this Department. The Cease Fire, the withdrawal of all American troops from South Vietnam and the cancellation of draft calls eliminates the need for these forms. All life insurance companies and fraternal benefit societies are requested to give immediate consideration to the voiding of war clauses existing in life insurance contracts held by Connecticut residents.
