Veterans scholarship aid to independent colleges. Definitions (Repealed)

As used in Sections 10a-167-2 to 10a-167-7, inclusive: (a) "Full-time student" means any Vietnam era veteran accepted for admission in any undergraduate or graduate degree granting program on a full-time basis as defined by the institution; (b) "Independent college" means an independent, degree granting, non-theological college located in this state which is not included in the system of public higher education and whose primary function is not the preparation of students for religious vocation; (c) "Board" means the board of governors of higher education.
