Other administrative responsibilities (Repealed)

(a) The Department shall establish appropriate mechanisms to facilitate contact between business and industry and institutions of higher education. (b) Summaries of research results included in any publication of the Department shall be first submitted to the project co-sponsors for verification of factual accuracy.
