Requirements for return to active practice following waiver of the continuing education requirements

A licensee who has received a waiver, pursuant to subsection (a) of section 20-275b-6
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, shall submit to the department evidence
of successful completion of four contact hours of continuing education prior to returning
to active practice, which shall be applied to the registration period during which
the licensee was exempt from such continuing education requirements.
