The following standards shall apply to location requirements: (1) there shall be a minimum of three monuments, markers or a combination thereof; (2) each monument or marker found or set shall be adequately described and noted; (3) of the three minimum monuments or markers, two shall be within 600 feet (180 meters) of the boundary and each other; and (4) each boundary monument shall be within 600 feet of two other boundary monuments or a boundary monument and a reference marker. Meander lines need not be monumented.
