Rules of conduct (Repealed)

Where applicable, the canons of professional ethics and the canons of judicial ethics
adopted and approved by the judges of the superior court govern the conduct of the
Board and hearing panel members, state employees, and all attorneys, agents, representatives,
and any other persons who shall appear in any proceeding or in any contested case
on behalf of any public or private person, firm, corporation or association.
