Applications for licensure by examination

(a) The board, as provided in Secs. 20-368 and 21a-7 of the General Statutes, shall meet
at least once each quarter.
(b) Minutes of meetings will be recorded by the board and kept by the department.
(c) Legally transacted business of the board must be conducted with a quorum present,
representing a majority of all board members currently appointed.
(d) The Chairman, who shall be appointed by the Governor, shall conduct all meetings in
accordance with statutes and general rules of order.
