Final decisions in a contested case (Repealed)
Cite as Conn. Agencies Regs. § 10a-5-37
All decisions and orders of the Board concluding a contested case shall be in writing
and shall be made part of the record of such case. The Board will serve a copy of
its decision on each party in the manner required by Chapter 54 of the General Statutes
and these regulations.
