Maintenance of record (Repealed)

The Department shall be responsible for keeping the record in all contested cases.
The record shall consist of the notice of the hearing, the return receipt for any
decisions or orders sent to the parties by registered mail and those items designated
as part of the record by Chapter 54 of the General Statutes, specifically Section
4-177(e).
