R.C.S.A. § 20-633-1
Definitions
Cite as Conn. Agencies Regs. § 20-633-1
As used in sections 20-633-1 to 20-633-5, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut
State Agencies:
(1) "Administer" means "administer" as defined in section 20-571 of the Connecticut General
Statutes; and
(2) "Health care provider" means a licensed practitioner authorized to order or prescribe
legend drugs.
