General requirements

A licensed pharmacist may administer influenza vaccine to an adult if:
(a) The administration of the vaccine is conducted pursuant to an order of a licensed
health care provider; and
(b) the pharmacist has successfully completed an immunization training program that complies
with the requirements of section 20-633-3 and section 20-633-4 of the Regulations
of Connecticut State Agencies.
