Enforcement of restrictions (Repealed)

(a) The Commissioner and the municipality shall cooperate in the monitoring of the development rights restrictions placed on a project. The restriction shall be enforced by the Commissioner of Agriculture. (b) On site inspections of the project for compliance of restrictions shall be done by the Commissioner or his agent. The designated agent of the municipality shall be notified prior to on site inspections and may accompany the Commissioner or his agent during such inspection.
