Acquisition cost (Repealed)

Agricultural lands which, based on the evaluation provided for in section 4 of these
regulations, are designated for further consideration shall be evaluated with regard
to the cost of acquiring such land. Such evaluation shall be based on independent
appraisals obtained, reviewed and approved by the department of environmental protection.
