Heating of raw garbage

Before being fed to swine, all raw garbage shall be heated throughout to the boiling point, or an equivalent temperature, for thirty minutes within twenty-four hours of its receipt on the premises where it is kept and cooked. (See 1961 Supp. § 22-320a et seq.; Reg. 19-13-B79 (d).)
