Prohibited training procedures (Repealed)

Any type of training that would detrimentally affect the dog's health, safety or welfare, or the welfare of the public is prohibited. The following procedures are specifically forbidden: (1) Use of electric or battery devices (collar, prods, etc.). (2) Kicking, beating, hanging or any other kind of physical abuse. (3) With-holding of food or water or reasonable comfort in order to promote aggression.
