Grooming equipment (Repealed)

A grooming facility shall be equipped with at least the following: A bathing tub,
a grooming table, hot and cold running water, a drier, clippers, combs, brushes and
shears. All equipment shall be sterilized after each use and kept in a sanitary manner.
