Training Facility - Prohibited training procedures.

Any type of training that would detrimentally affect the dog’s health, safety or welfare, or the welfare of the public is prohibited. The following procedures are specifically forbidden: (1) Use of electronic training collars in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines and instructions for such devices; (2) Use of electronic prods, and similar devices; (3) Kicking, beating, hanging or any other kind of physical abuse; and (4) Withholding of food, water, or housing in order to promote aggression.
