Wholesale and retail transactions (Repealed)

For the purpose of sections 22-35-1 and 22-35-2 a wholesale transaction shall be construed
as one where the product is sold for resale and a retail transaction shall be construed
as one where the product, regardless of quantity, is delivered to the ultimate consumer.
