Any lot of "cull" potatoes, regardless of origin, when exposed for sale or transported
for sale within this state shall be plainly and conspicuously labeled "culls." Every
invoice rendered in connection with the sale of a lot of cull potatoes shall describe
the lot as "cull" potatoes.
