The following list of prohibited noxious weed seed is established, effective November 1, 1963: The seeds of bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis L.), Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense L.), quackgrass (Agropyron repens L. Beauv.), horse nettle (Solanum carolnense L.), perennial sowthistle (Sonchus arvensis L.) dodder (Cuscuta spp.), Russian knagweed (Centaurea repens L.), yellow nutsedge (Cyperus esculentus L.) and bedstraw (Galium spp.) (See 1963 Supp. §§ 92-55(e)(1); 22-57(a)(4).)
