Location and protection of water supply wells

The location of any well upon premises shall be subject to approval by the local health
officer of the municipality in which the said premises are located, and shall be as
provided by Section 19-13c of the General Statutes, and by Sections 19-13-B50 to 19-13-B51,
inclusive, of the Public Health Code.
