(a) Participation in a residential program, other than the Health Care Facility, is an independent living situation where limited supervision is provided by the Department. (b) A participant in a residential program, other than the Health Care Facility, shall maintain the physical and mental capabilities necessary for admission as set forth in subsection (a) of section 27-102l(d)-108 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. (c) Failure to comply with subsection (b) of this section may be grounds for an internal transfer or involuntary discharge.
