(a) Medical care for a veteran assigned to the Residential Facility is provided at the B Clinic. (1) Any veteran in the Residential Facility feeling ill shall report for sick call. (2) Medical emergencies which occur within the Residential Facility when the B Clinic is closed shall be reported immediately to the Wing Monitor and/or Security. If 911 is called, the nursing supervisor must be notified. (b) A veteran shall notify the B Clinic when and if the veteran has received treatment and care from a health care professional outside the Department. Veterans shall use only prescription medication provided by the Department. (c) All prescription medication shall be stored in the B Clinic, except when the B Clinic authorizes a veteran who is clinically found capable of self medication to store a limited supply as may be ordered by a physician. A veteran shall keep prescription medication in a secured manner in his individual locker.
