Hearings

(a) A final agency decision under Section 27-102l(d)-276 shall not be appealed or subject to judicial review, except as provided in of the regulations of Connecticut state agencies in subsection (b) of that section. (b) After a hearing on an involuntary assignment, the Commissioner's decision, or that of his designee if empowered by the Commissioner to make such a decision, is final, but may be subject to judicial review pursuant to Section 4-183 of the general statutes.
