Administration of the enhanced 9-1-1 program by the office of state-wide emergency telecommunications (Repealed)

telecommunications Funds from the Enhanced 9-1-1 Telecommunications Fund shall be used to pay for the administration of the Enhanced 9-1-1 Program by the Department of Public Safety, Office of State-Wide Emergency Telecommunications. To ensure compliance with the provisions of Sections 28-24-1 to 28-24-14, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, representatives of the Department of Public Safety, Office of State-Wide Emergency Telecommunications, are authorized to enter upon and inspect public or private safety answering points receiving funding from the Enhanced 9-1-1 Telecommunications Fund.
