(a) Three judges will be assigned to each bout.
(b) Each judge will sit outside the ring platform.
(c) At the conclusion of each round the judge must score each boxer's performance.
(d) At the conclusion of the bout, each judge must tally the total amount of points he
has awarded each boxer, indicate the winner, sign his score card and submit his score
card to the commissioner or his representative.
