Manager's license (Repealed)

(a) All applications for a boxing manager's license shall contain a true statement of
all persons associated with the manager as immediate family member (father, mother,
spouse, children, father-in-law, or mother-in-law), employees, stockholders, partners
and independent contractors. On his application the manager must include the name
and address of each boxer that he represents and must designate if the boxer is an
amateur or professional. During the course of a bout a manager may act as a second
for his boxer. Managers shall keep accurate records of the receipts and expenses of
the boxers under their management and control.
(b) No manager shall be allowed to contract for the services of a boxer under his management
for a bout to take place on a date after the expiration date of the contract between
the manager and his boxer, unless such bout has been approved by the commissioner.
(c) The commissioner shall not recognize any contract between a manager and a boxer unless
a copy of the contract was filed with the commissioner at the time that either became
licensed in this state or within 30 days of the signing of the contract if the contract
was entered into after both the boxer or the manager became licensed in this state.
(d) The fee for a manager's license shall be $65.00.
