(a) All boxers must be examined by a physician licensed to practice medicine in this state before entering into the ring and shall immediately file with the commissioner a written report of such examination. (b) All boxers may be required to submit to a urine or blood analysis at the weigh-in, prior to his bout and/or after his bout.
