(a) Every association, school, college or university shall notify the commissioner or
such commissioner's representative at least 30 days prior to an amateur boxing contest
or a sparring match taking place in this state. The notice shall contain the date,
time and location of the event and contact information for event organizers.
(b) At least twice a year every association, school, college or university shall give
to the commissioner or his representative a listing showing the complete record of
each and every amateur boxer enrolled in its program.
