Discontinuance of operation (Repealed)

Any limited use, limited access elevator deemed by the Commissioner of Public Safety
to be dangerous to life and property shall be subject to discontinuance of operation
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29-197 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
