Variations or exemptions (Repealed)

(a) In accordance with section 29-291b of the Connecticut General Statutes, the State
Fire Marshal may modify the requirements of sections 29-291a-1 to 29-291a-10, inclusive,
of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and their adopted standards.
(b) Buildings, facilities or properties with equivalencies, alternatives or modifications
approved by the State Fire Marshal shall be considered as conforming with this code.
