(a) The following standards promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and parts of the Code of Federal Regulations are adopted by reference as regulations of the Department of Public Safety. NFPA 45-1996, Standard on Fire Protection for Laboratories Using Chemicals; NFPA 50-1996, Standard for Bulk Oxygen Systems at Consumer Sites; NFPA 50A-1994, Standard for Gaseous Hydrogen Systems at Consumer Sites; NFPA 50B-1994, Standard for Liquefied Hydrogen Systems at Consumer Sites; NFPA 51-1992, Standard for the Design and Installation of Oxygen-Fuel Gas Systems for Welding, Cutting, and Allied Processes; NFPA 51B-1994, Standard for Fire Prevention in Use of Cutting and Welding Processes; NFPA 55-1993, Standard for the Storage, Use, and Handling of Compressed and Liquefied Gases in Portable Cylinders; NFPA 99-1996, Standard for Health Care Facilities; NFPA 430-1995, Code for the Storage of Liquid and Solid Oxidizers; 49 C.F.R., Part 107, Subpart B, Parts 171 through 178, inclusive, and Part 180, all as amended.
