Packaging and marking of containers

When offering blasting agents for transportation on public highways, the packaging, marking and labeling of containers of blasting agents shall comply with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation. (a) Vehicles used for transporting blasting agents on public highways shall be placarded in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
