Duties of the commissioner (Repealed)

(a) The Commissioner shall work in cooperation with the Governor's Committee and President's Committee to more effectively carry on the continuing program to promote the employment of people with disabilities. (b) The Commissioner shall designate a Labor Department employee, who shall be supported by such staff and resources as the Commissioner can make available, to administer the activities of the Governor's Committee. (c) The Commissioner shall review the recommendations of the Governor's Committee and inform the Governor's Committee of his response.
