Definitions

(a) \"Affected employee\" means any employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a petition submitted pursuant to section 31-374-12 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies; (b) \"Commissioner\" means \"commissioner\" as defined in subsection (a) of section 31-367 of the Connecticut General Statutes; (c) \"Employee\" means \"employee\" as defined in subsection (e) of section 31-367 of the Connecticut General Statutes; (d) \"Employer\" means \"employer\" as defined in subsection (d) of section 31-367 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
