Section 1. The following occupational safety and health standards promulgated by the Secretary of Labor of the United States Department of Labor under the authority of the Williams-Steiger Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (84 Stat. 1590-1620). The standards adopted are Title 29, Chapter XVII, Part 1910 promulgated on October 4, 1972 and published in the Federal Register, Volume 37, Number 202 as of 18 October, 1972. These standards shall apply to all employment performed in a work place in this state.
