What employers are covered by the FMLA? (Repealed)

In order to determine which employers may have employed a sufficient number of employees
as of October first of the previous year to be covered under the Act, the Commissioner
may rely upon data contained in the Employee Quarterly Earnings Report required pursuant
to Section 31-225a(j) of the General Statutes (Chapter 567-Unemployment Compensation)
for the third quarter of the prior calendar year.
