R.C.S.A. § 32-75-1
Definitions

As used in section 32-75-2, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:
(1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development;
(2) "Department" means the Department of Economic and Community Development;
(3) "Enterprise zone benefits" means those tax abatements and tax credits provided under
the Connecticut General Statutes to companies locating in designated enterprise zones;
(4) "Relocation" means the transferring of personnel or employment positions from one
or more existing locations to another location.
