Acquisition of control -- statement filing; amendments to Form A; hearing

A person required to file a statement pursuant to Sec.38a-130 of the General Statutes shall furnish the required information on Form A (Appendix A of this regulation). The applicant shall promptly advise the Commissioner of any changes in the information so furnished on Form A arising subsequent to the date upon which such information was filed with the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall hold a public hearing withing thirty (30) days from the date at which the Commissioner determines that the Form A is complete in all respects. If any amendments to the Form A is filed after such a determination has been made by the Commissioner, the hearing date may be postponed by the Commissioner for a reasonable period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the filing of such amendment.
