Renewal application (Repealed)

An applicant for the renewal of a license as a surety bail bond agent shall submit
to the Licensing Division of the Insurance Department:
(1) an application for renewal in a form prescribed by the Commissioner; and
(2) the renewal license fees in accordance with section 38a-11 of the general statutes.
