Definitions

The following definitions shall apply to sections 3-11-26 to 3-11-33, inclusive of
these regulations:
(a) "Category of Personal Data" means the classifications of personal information set
forth in the Personal Data Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. 4-190 (9).
(b) "Other Data" means any information which because of name, identification number, mark
or description can be readily associated with a particular person.
(c) Terms defined in Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 4-190 shall apply to sections 3-11-26 to 3-11-33,
inclusive of these regulations.
