Purposes

The purposes of the Trust are (a) to promote and enhance the affordability and accessibility
of higher education for residents of the State of Connecticut, and (b) to enable Participants
and Beneficiaries to avail themselves of tax benefits provided for Qualified State
Tuition Programs under the Internal Revenue Code.
