R.C.S.A. § 46a-56(d)-1
Definitions

As used in Sections 46a-56 (d)-1 to 46a-56 (d)-7, inclusive:
(1) "Commission" means the commission on human rights and opportunities created by Section
46a-52 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended by Section 1 of Public Act
89-332.
(2) "Minority business enterprise" means a business meeting the criteria contained in
Section 46a-56 (d) of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended by Section 5 of
Public Act 89-253.
(3) "Treasurer" means the treasurer of the State of Connecticut created by and exercising
the powers and authority vested in Chapter 32 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
