(a) For agencies filing affirmative action plans with the commission on human rights and opportunities on an annual basis, plans shall be due on the dates set out in Appendix A. (b) For agencies filing affirmative action plans with the commission on human rights and opportunities on a semiannual basis, plans shall be due on the dates set out in Appendix A and six (6) months thereafter. (c) For agencies filing affirmative action plans with the commission on human rights and opportunities on a biennial basis, plans shall be due on the dates set out in Appendix A and every two years. (d) Where the filing date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, plans shall be due on the next succeeding business day. (e) A plan filed earlier than the date required in subsection (a), (b) or (c) of this section shall be deemed filed on the required date.
