Affirmative action plan reporting periods (Repealed)

(a) For agencies filing affirmative action plans annually, information reported therein shall be for the period commencing on the first day of the month fifteen (15) months prior to the date upon which the plan is to be filed and ending on the last day of the month three (3) months prior to the filing. (b) For agencies filing affirmative action plans semiannually, information and activity reported therein shall be for the period commencing on the first day of the month nine (9) months prior to the date upon which the plan is to be filed and ending on the last day of the month three (3) months prior to the filing date.
