Training and technical assistance (Repealed)

The commission shall provide training and technical assistance to appointing authorities
and affirmative action officers in the development and implementation of affirmative
action plans. Such training and technical assistance shall include notification of
the provisions of state and federal equal opportunity legislation and amendments hereto.
