Request for recission of certificate; hearings; appeal (Repealed)

(a) An agency receiving a certificate of noncompliance may request recission of the certificate.
(b) Upon receipt of a request for recission, the chairperson of the commission shall appoint
a hearing officer to determine whether the certificate should be rescinded. Such certificate
shall be rescinded if the hearing officer determines that the commission is unable
to show cause why the certificate should continue or a court, upon appeal, so decides.
(c) Hearings under Section 14 of Public Act 83-569 and this section shall be conducted
in accordance with Sections 4-177 to 4-182, inclusive, of the Connecticut General
Statutes.
(d) A final order of the hearing officer may be appealed pursuant to Section 46a-95 of
the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended by Public Act 83-496.
