Administrative feasibility of billing (Repealed)

Billing will be established to any individual legally liable relative whose ability
to pay has been determined according to the uniform contribution scale to result in
a contribution of $10 or more per month. It shall be considered administratively feasible
to bill and collect contributions which equal or exceed ten dollars per month.
